Gil Fast
More than 25 years in real estate investment and finance, including CFO roles at leading real estate companies overseeing major international projects. Gil holds a CPA license and an MBA in International Finance.
Sharon McCambry
Sharon has managed the company since 2014. Her background in banking and management supports her work in property and project management, business development, design and procurement.

Do you manage the properties after the purchase?
Yes. Our services include ongoing property management, project oversight, bookkeeping and investor reporting.
Do I need to invest with you to use your tax services?
No. Tax return preparation and filing are available as standalone services to investors and other clients.
How do I learn about current opportunities?
