Logical Properties is a real estate investment company focused on Greater Atlanta and Chicago. With more than 25 years of investment experience, we work across single-family homes, rental properties, multifamily buildings, offices and commercial spaces.

Our portfolio includes current opportunities, active projects, rental holdings and previously sold properties.
Gil brings over 25 years of experience in real estate investment and finance, including managing private investments and serving as CFO at leading real estate companies overseeing major international projects. He holds a CPA license and an MBA in International Finance.
Sharon has managed the company since 2014, drawing on extensive banking and management experience. She oversees property and project management, business development, and design and procurement for the company’s projects.
